Cons

A little expensive

These electrolytes are amazing! They have 810 mg sodium per packet and I love the higher sodium content because I train in 98 degrees through the summer (I live in the desert). They also use real salt and have clean ingredients. I have tried the pina colada, mango, strawberry lemonade, & watermelon so far and I love all the flavors. My favorite so far is mango. If you’re looking for a high sodium content electrolyte Redmond Re-Lyte would be a perfect option!
