Summary

I'm relatively new to running (just over a year in), so I may not have the experience to speak about every feature and benefit that sets these shoes apart from other brands and styles. What I can say is that they felt amazing right out of the box.

Mizuno Wave Rider 25 Review

The Mizuno Wave Rider 25 shoes were the second pair of running shoes I purchased.  The first pair I owned were the Brooks Levitate.  By contrast, the WR 25 seem to have more room in the toe box.  I have relatively long narrow feet, and at times the Brooks seemed a little tight on my toes.  The Brooks also seemed to have a break in period, that is to say they took a number of runs to start to really feel comfortable.  The Mizunos were immediately comfortable and supportive right out of the box.  They feel light on my feet and have good support and cushioning.  My feet never hurt after a run.  Wish I could say the same about my IT Band!  I have about 240 miles on them now and they are still in great shape.  The only real wear (other than the soles) is in the heel.  The design is simple and sleek.  I will definitely purchase them again!
