I needed to have 2 strobes for an overnight race - this did the trick. Relatively inexpensive at $17 and still gets the job done. It's a tad strange to affix at first. I normally clipped it onto my shoulder straps on the running tanks, but other runners affixed them onto their wastebands. I found that when i ran with it on my wasteband, it would irritate my skin.
I will normally run with an LED vest on in the dark and will continue to do that as it give 365 degree illumination, however for events where you must adhere to having strobe lights, I'll continue to use these.
