I got these gloves for cycling, especially for when I am on my gym trainer on Zwift. They are meant to be touch screen capable, which I find to not be the best. There are times when I have to try again and again to get the computer touch screen or phone to recognize the touch, it is easier to take the glove off. Plus this is a cheap glove for $18 (USD) on Amazon. Those are the only downfall I have found so far. They go on easily and they are comfortable. With the extra padding, they do their job of protecting the hands. Although these are cycling gloves, I find they work great for trail running as well. Will help keep your hand together if you need to whip around a tree or protect your skin if you fall. They also add extra comfort if you are using trekking poles.
Although I have not had these gloves for long and I expect them to wear out fast, they have been a workhorse for me. They are comfortable and easily can be slipped on and off as needed. They protect your hand from rubbing on the grips of a bike or the bark of a tree.
