Tends to melt in hot climate, so keep at room temperature.

This product really helps with skin irritation. When running, chafing can occur with running gear interacting with the skin or skin on skin friction. Applying this product to certain areas of irritation helps with the pain or prevents the matter entirely. Just make sure it remains upright, especially during hot temperatures. If not then it will melt and get messy. That was the only problem I had with it.

There will always be gear out there that we like but tends to rub at times. Some people love running but their "thunder thighs" chafe and they are left with regret. Having this product helps with chafing overall, making running more of an enjoyable experience. Using this product helps with my performance and keeps my skin from getting irritated during my run.
