Early on in my ultra running career I learned that controlling chaffing was critical to my success. After using multiple products I chose body glide as my product of choice. Not only did it solve my issues but it was easy to apply and cost effective.
Body Glide helps prevent the nasty chaffing from running long distance in those various areas in the body. I hate when I forget to put it on when I am 10 miles deep into a run and I start to feel the burn! I recommend Body Glide for chaffing anywhere
This is the only anti-chafing product I use. It really helps out when you're wearing gear that tends to rub at times. This is a classic product that keeps you focusing on your goals rather than being distracted by friction.
This is a no brainer if you have some extra love in areas or if you train where it gets a little sticky. No one Wants to chafe, put this in your inventory for sure.
Body glide is great for chafing! I use it specifically for my thighs. I put it on before a run or workout. I like that it doesn’t leave any residue. It doesn’t help heal chafing if the skin is already broke. It’s best to use as a preventative measure
Chafing is the worst! This helps that not happen! I’ve used other brands and find this one to be easiest to find and works great! Easy to apply and is odorless. Overall a great product!
