It does start to look less like a ball after a couple months if you use it frequently.

The orb does a really good job at releasing muscle tension creating better range of motion. Product does last a while if taken care of. Love how portable it is and how affordable it is.

Experience

My experience with this product has been very positive and beneficial. Using this throughout my training really helped me be injury free so I could focus more on my performances. I definitely recommend incorporating this product into your training regimen for sure. It does hurt but it's totally worth it when the muscles release.
