Summary

I ran with my phone in my hand for years, until my husband bought me this. It's the perfect size, and never bounces. My only complaint is that the pouch has a tendency to lose stored small items when retrieving your phone, such as a house key!

Other SPIbelt Running Belt Original Single Pocket

The original single pocket belt is the perfect size to ignore. Once it's clipped around your waist, there is little-to-no bounce or movement that can be identified while running. I found the elasticity/adjustability of the belt itself to be accommodating to my waist size, and my husbands. The belt pocket also fits more than just a phone, if so desired. It can stretch to fit a myriad of goods, including pepper spray.

Experience

The SPIbelt changed my running game. As a trail runner, I had shattered my phone screen twice from tripping and catching myself with my hands (where my phone happened to be held). This belt not only mitigates the dangers of running while holding a phone, but it also keeps my running form "pure" so nothing is in my hands.
