Salomon Speedcross 5

I have used these shoes to go to the gym, and they are great on concrete, rubber mats, treadmill and even tarmac. From December until now I have easily put more than 100miles on them, and they are still doing excellent. I have done tough mudder races in them, a 5k, a 10k, a 15k and just last month I put them through 30km. Only issue I have had with them was after my second mud race (10k) the shoe inserts started separating from the running, wear and the water, which caused me to stop during my event, remove both shoes and tear the shoe inserts out so I could continue. The grip on yhe shoes is excellent on all terrain types, and cradles the foot very well. Keep in mind that I am a heavy set man, putting these shoes through hell, and they are quite durable.

Experience

In comparison with Adidas trail running shoes, these have proven to be more durable  and can withstand more of the elements. Overall, these are great shoes for a variety of activities, not just the trails.
