I ran on and off for a long time, but I've gotten more serious about it in the last few years. In early 2020, I committed to running more regularly. I ran my first marathon in October 2021, and I'm hooked. I plan to keep running for years to come - learning more about training and putting it into practice to continue to get better and faster. I've written a lot about my running journey on my blog, Running with Rock. I also routinely write reviews of the running gear that I use, and I look forward to sharing some of those here.
