Good grip and stickiness on wet, rocky, technical terrain
Nice cushion in the heel
Excellent uphill running
Good on the downhills
Ability to tuck tied shoe laces under the 4-way stretch fabric heel collar, which encircles the ankle

Cons

No easy pull-on tab on the heel, so you have to grip the 4-way stretch knit collar to yank on the shoe
The back of the heel is angled in toward the heel in such a way that it makes putting them on a bit more effortful than other shoes
