I love these shoes so much and they are great for speed workouts on or off the track. They have awesome energy return because of the carbon fiber plates!! I would highly recommend these for any type of runner wanting to up their shoe racing game!

All time best marathon racing shoe - feels like you are flying. Most effective in the first 100 miles of use. Only downfall is they don't last as long as other running shoes.
