I’ve always had calf issues until I found SaltStick. I take a few chews before short runs and carry the full packs on long runs and rides. Literally a life saver! And they taste good :) Great electrolyte and salt replacement

Salt stick fast chews are fantastic. Very handy when out training . Easy to open and pop in your mouth. They replace the electrolytes from sweating. If you suffer from leg cramps you need these to replace electrolytes you need these tasty tablets .

As a runner that sweats a lot, keeping enough sodium in my system has always proven difficult. Since introducing the Saltstick Fast Chews into my long runs has helped tremendously. I love the orange and lime flavor. This is a great product.
