I would sleep in this thing LOL! Obsessed is an understatement! I have always hated running with my phone/keys in my pants pockets. Having all the zip pockets, pouches, water sleeves, and enough space for a jacket in the back have made this a dream!

This vest is so comfortable and breathable! Lots of pockets and storage. If between sizes, go up, especially if wearing with winter gear/many layers. The flasks are also easy to access, use, and clean. Definitely recommend.
