Perfect for runs/races with aids stations close together. I held gels for 20 miles and 2 20oz soft flasks with no bounce. Snug fit, didn’t rub and easy access with front and back pouches.

With two open pockets that has easy access for my phone and gels it’s my favourite waist belt. It will even hold a 500ml soft flask with minimal bounce. I’m sure you could even fit a rain jacket
