I ran the Philadelphia half marathon in November 2023 and it was my first race. It was an awesome event that I’ll remember forever. The crowd was so loud and supportive. Can’t wait to run it again! One thing: use the restroom before you start.

Great run and great course! Mostly flat, a few hills over bridges which can also get windy but otherwise a great time of the year for a solid run! I loved passing so many of the city’s landmarks during the course and ending at the iconic art museum!

Great race through a great city. Running through old Philadelphia and down Kelly Drive (made famous by Rocky), you get to see all of Philly! Finish up near the Art Museum and do your best Rocky impression as you cross the finish line!

The Philly Marathon is a big race that isn't too big. It's a beautiful course with lively crowds, and the organizers put a lot of effort into making the logistics smooth.
