Our annual Ohio event for migraine is a fundraising event organized by our nonprofit to raise awareness and funds for those affected by migraine and headache disease. We have a professionally timed Ohio 5K run and an untimed walk. Funds raised go towards supporting local migraine research, education for headache fellows (doctors getting specialty training in the field of headache medicine) as well as Miles for Migraine programming here in Ohio.

It was hot with the late start and there was no water stops. The course is an out and back. The first half was downhill and the second half was uphill. The 2 mile walk started after the 5k which made it difficult to navigate through all the walkers.
