The 5k and 10k races are USATF-NJ certified and part of the USATF-NJ Cross Country Grand Prix. These races wind through the scenic trails of Rosedale Park, which-- with any luck-- will be lined with all the colors of fall during our races. These events are catered to true athletes as well as casual runners.

Great run for a great cause. had an amazing time running this for the first time and met some great people. i have added this event to my event list every year. the 10K run is scenic and a slightly hilly and there were 125 people in the 10K.
