Great Trail Race in the heart of Prentice Cooper State Park. I ran the 6.7 miler. 1300ft of elevation in 6 miles. WOW! Lots of ups and downs with a couple of rock gardens to climb over. The views of the Tennessee Valley are amazing. Next year I’m in!
