Summary

This is the most efficient way for one to keep going when dealing with injuries, especially during competition. From experience, the KT Tape PRO is better than the original cotton one for sure.

(1)
Pros
  • Not bulky like other braces
  • Minimal
  • Waterproof
Cons
  • Make sure to put it on right or it will cause irritation.
  • Keep reapplying
  • Have to shave your legs if you want it to stick and last.

KT Tape Pro

Love how its waterproof and that it's better than the original KT tape. Definitely lasts longer but no matter what you have to reapply until injury is better. However, I'd rather reapply than have to deal with other braces that are bulky and can cause irritation.

Experience

Using this product has helped me be consistent with my training. Before I was using sleeves and braces which caused chafing when I was running. This honestly made training uncomfortable at times when it didnt need to be uncomfortable. Now with KT Tape Pro I am able to continue my training without the skin irritations.
