This box included 10 items of nutrition, supplements, and a face wash. These were all items I can find myself using and purchasing in the future. There is a guide in the box that tells you "Whats in the Box" providing a brief description, a little mention of "How we use it", the discount code if you chose to purchase more of the items, and also a break down of the cost of each item in full price. This box provided in the photo had $100 worth of items should I have purchased them all separately in full size. These are all quality items.

Experience

I loved this box. It was a birthday gift and will be receiving 2 more boxes. I was surprised to find my favorite item so far is a face wash from Avanza that I would likely not have heard of if not from The Runner Box. There is a discount code and I plan on purchasing again. The Runner Box provided the full size item! It was not a small sample item so I will get well more than enough as far as sampling. Other brands included in this box: Cliff, UCAN, VP Vital Performance, and Ultima Replenisher to name a few of them. **Not included in picture is the Hippeas vegan protein snack, I ate it already.
