Pros

The run had great refreshments at the end!

Cons

The trail was cut the night before and was a bit strenuous if a new runner.

This race went up and down hills throughout Atwood lake and had some serious elevation changes. Was a great outdoors hike and barked with flags or tape along the wood line to keep racers on track. Definitely a more advanced course. No place medals at the end.
