It has all the attachments you need for joints, muscles, under/over clothing. It also has a great amount of range to help loosen up all of your muscle tightness. The battery lasts forever - I've had this 2 months and haven't recharged it yet.
I've used a Theragun, but the difference between that and this is pretty much that a theragun could "be turned up to 11" and that amount of force is unnecessary for my needs. Quite content with this sub-$50 option.
