Wore these to train for a trail race and they worked great! They’re definitely on the narrow side and run a little smaller— the size 9 fit more like an 8.5. They are cushy and you don’t feel every rock under your foot. Like being able to run road too
Not the shoe for me! I typically wear 4 mm drop shoes, so I thought I could handle the 0 drop. After one run, I had achilles pain for the first time in years.
