Altras are the best minimalist shoes out there but they are not for everyone, but the Torin 4.5 plush are so worth the switch. Feel great on the legs and feet. Only issue is the tongue-too thin and rubs on the top of foot. Advice— take out insoles

The foam on these shoes is very responsive even after 200 miles. It's lighter than the previous version. The shoe has served me well in 5ks and long runs. I highly recommend these to altra shoe wearers. These are my second pair.
