The new Brooks Glycerin 20 is a part of Brooks Run on Nitro campaign. This shoe got a major upgrade and I am here for it! We are talking nitrogen! This is Brooks biggest innovation with the nitro-infused DNA loft v3 midsole.

I just got these shoes and have been on two quick runs and two longer runs. They have felt nonexistent in both which is ideal, I don’t want to feel the shoes I’m running in. Great stability and comfort.

I started waking up in the mornings with terrible heel pain after I would do my long runs (8-13 miles)- I tend to heel drop when running. Since I’ve bought these, my heel pain is almost non existent. Have had for 3 weeks.
