The Stinger mini waffles are a great, small snack to have before a run. I use them to get some carbs right before I take off. I prefer the mini ones because they are easier to carry when starting. I do prefer the honey over vanilla flavor though.
These are my favorite quick pre-run snack! Good fuel with all the macro-nutrients you need for a pre-workout. Out of all the workout fuel, these are easy on the stomach and taste delicious!
