These are a true left and right foot pair of socks. With compression in the mid-foot range, I am amazed at the support I receive. I have had aching feet for a couple years, and always wear recover shoes after any run. Now two days in a row, my feet have not ached after running 5 km each day. I am also impressed that they stay dry and breathe well. I haven't needed to adjust them. Once they are on, they don't move around.
