Easy to program and use. It has stayed securely on wherever I’ve clipped it (pocket, jacket, waistband) and I could easily hear beep indicator with my headphones in playing music. Great for interval and cross training.

Great timer I have ever used. I do the run/walk method and this timer has gotten me thru many training runs as well as numerous races including half and full marathons.Battery life is great. I had yet to change the battery I have had it for 3 years
