I usually run alone, so I carry this for protection. The knife is serrated and sharp and seems like it would do some damage. I like having the pepper spray, as I have been chased by dogs.

I love the peace of mind this product brings me while running, especially running alone, late/early, or in the dark. The strap makes it fit comfortably in my hand with no fear of it slipping or falling off!
