My 1st Duathlon! I was very intimidated but the race was very organized & they had coaches @packet pick up who gave a brief overview, helpful tips & answered questions. The course was challenging with a few good hills. Roads were open- police present
The Twinsburg Duathlon is always a great race to enjoy. The race includes a 2 mile run followed by a 10 mile bike and then a repeat of the 2 mile run. The race directors are top notch and go above and beyond to make this a very enjoyable event!
