Great for runners of all levels. Must plan ahead as this is a point to point course. Mostly flat - except for mile 9, and a final small incline at mile 12.
I ran my first 3M Half Marathon in January 2022. The tagline for the race is “Downhill to Downtown” and it was a pretty fantastic downhill course. The route is PR worthy for competitive runners and has great views/people/beer/snacks for all others.
