Participants run two loops around the lake. You win based off of how close you are to your predicted time so not the fastest time wins. Top 25 recieve a prize. Fun, new design this year for the soft sweatshirts - red with hearts for Valentine's Day.
I enjoy running the Frostbite 5K Prediction Run every year! The goal of the race is to complete the beautiful two loop course in as close to your predicted finish time as possible. Well organized and fun event! Weather can be a factor as this run.
