I love this product so dang much! I started training for my first marathon in the 100 degree summer here in Vegas and couldn’t figure out why I kept throwing up on long runs. It wasn’t until I started taking these plus an endurance drink that my dry heaving and throwing up stopped. 10/10 recommend!
