Summary

Dealing with stress daily can be tedious, especially if you are training. This product really loosens up the body and is so travel friendly. Definitely something to have for the aid stations if you're an ultrarunner.

Trigger Point Acucurve Cane

This product is sleek and super amazing. I love how travel friendly it is and the simple cushion points perfectly provide enough pressure to work out the knots. Other products like this are either bulky or too hard to where they create more bruising.

Experience

I love using this for primarily my upper body. This product gets to those hard to reach places on my back that are really tight. I do recommend to pack it for some aid stations when racing an ultra race. During a race sometimes the body can get tight all of a sudden, so having this at hand can really make a difference.
