Taste: 2/5 Used it for a long slow run, def felt the quick energy but not the best tasting. Will give you a boost for sure for abit if you pair it right w proper hydration

Both the caffeine & non caffeine gels are unmatched in sustained energy. While on the pricier side I feel I need less over the course of a long run due to sustained energy for about 40-60 mins. The caffeine packs a punch. Save for mid portion of run!
