These are really good! I love that they are all natural, not as sickly sweet as most gels I have tried, and definitely easier for me to eat. Pro tip: they are all good, but get extra of the Cafe Mocha. YOU.ARE.WELCOME.
These are my go-to gels for training and racing. Favorite things: 1. I can pronounce ALL of the ingredients in them. No artificial 🙅🏻♀️ 2. They are smooth. Not grainy or too thick, which is uber important after mile 20 in a race.
Great energy boost on those long runs. I can fit at least 4 of these packs in my running pocket in my shorts. Easy on the stomach and a great variety of flavors!
