Before, during, and after my races you will always find me with Roctane. I’ve never had any cramping or nutritional issues during races with it! The summit tea flavor it’s extremely mild as are the others. The single serve is great on the go!

Excellent fuel for longer efforts, intense races or workouts! Could use a bit more sodium in my opinion. Get the strawberry flavor. The tea was a little gross..

The BCAAs in the mix really help for the long haul.
