  	I suffered from chronic fatigue and Fibromyalgia and could not sleep was tired and finally visited cidpusa.org and since then i have been guided to better helath, better sleep. I found out that simple chanegs in my diet could make me better. The site is full of information and they have a excellent online book called the "The Flame within" with answers to all helath needs.

  	I bought the E-book The Flame WITHIN, ans since I am not using toothpaste but following their remedy and my teeth are sparkling white. My sex life has improved with their sexual exercises, I am sleeping beet , the pains are gone. I dont take any more prescription medication. I am using the organics recommended by them. This book is in simple English and easy to read. I have not been to the doctor again.
